I have already reached out to this person via private email but still wanted to post this. Thanks much for accepting my apology. Again, I am sorry for the misunderstanding and for you to feel undervalued was truly not my intention! I would not knowingly treat anyone in an inferior manner. Open houses are so hard to communicate because there are usually people all over the property and it's very hard to have a one-on-one conversation.
